#Atizapán, #Edoméx.- The municipal government of Atizapán de Zaragoza, led by President Pedro Rodríguez Villegas, took a firm step toward legal certainty and peace of mind for Atizapán families by signing an important collaboration agreement with the National Institute of Sustainable Land (INSUS).
Municipal President Pedro Rodríguez Villegas formalized this agreement with the General Director of INSUS, José Alfonso Iracheta Carroll, in an act that underscores the administration’s commitment to citizens’ assets. This strategic agreement will strengthen land management and regularization in the municipality, an issue of great importance for many families who have waited for years to have security over their properties.
«This agreement is a significant achievement for Atizapán,» declared President Rodríguez Villegas. «It translates into legal certainty and peace of mind for many families who for years have waited for security over their assets. We are committed to continuing to work to provide them with the tools and support necessary so they can be certain that their home is theirs.»
The signing of this collaboration agreement highlights the importance of coordination between different levels of government to address fundamental issues such as land regularization. Thanks to this partnership with INSUS, Atizapán de Zaragoza will be able to advance more efficiently in land management, directly benefiting families who will be able to access land titling for their properties and, consequently, greater security and quality of life.
Accompanying President Pedro Rodríguez Villegas at this important event were council members from the current administration, as well as the Director of Territorial Planning and Urban Development, José Ramón Jarquin Rodríguez, who witnessed the formalization of this agreement, which marks a turning point in the history of land regularization in Atizapán de Zaragoza.
