#EstadoDeMéxico.- To simplify and modernize the management of archives within the Departments and Auxiliary Agencies, the Government of the State of Mexico trained more than 2,709 public servants on 48 standards for document management and archive administration.
During this activity, the General Archive of the State of Mexico (Ageméx), part of the Office of the Chief of Staff, presented information on the processes for managing and handling digital documents and the importance of training staff in this area.
The proper organization, administration, preservation, and dissemination of documentary memory not only allows for the control and monitoring of government processes but also contributes to the full exercise of citizens’ rights by facilitating the access to public information in a timely and reliable manner.
In this regard, the Government of the State of Mexico reaffirms its commitment to ensuring that archival documents are managed efficiently, securely, and accessible.
