#Tlalnepantla, #Edoméx.- To provide the service that the residents of Tlalnepantla deserve, as well as address their demands, Mayor Raciel Pérez Cruz launched 129 vehicles that will travel throughout the district to address the main issues affecting the communities.

The mayor recalled that at the beginning of the current administration, «we found a fleet of vehicles that were unusable, scrapped, and vandalized, all the result of rampant corruption and fraud. A spark plug change was quoted there at the garages serving the previous municipal government for up to 10,000 pesos, thus reflecting the abuses and excesses.»

Pérez Cruz noted that this situation affected the operational capacity of the municipal government departments to meet the needs of all communities. «This fleet of vehicles demonstrates the commitment that citizens demand of us every day. We urge public servants to assume the responsibility that citizens grant us through their contributions. There is no room for patrimonial attitudes here.»

He also called on everyone assigned a vehicle or any type of tool to use them properly, as they are instruments that citizens place in their hands to make their work more efficient.

The mayor emphasized that, four months after assuming the municipal presidency as a result of the trust placed in him by the citizens, they are facing financial difficulties and debts inherited from the previous administration. In addition, all departments are mandated to work decisively to respond to the demands of the residents.

«We have a demanding, politicized citizenry, fully aware of its obligations and responsibilities. This compels us to work together responsibly. I am convinced that in the coming days, our city will be fully on the rise,» he said.
