FES Acatlán and Tlalnepantla sign agreement for the professionalisation of public servants / @RacielPerezC_ @Gob_Tlalne

#Tlalnepantla, #Edoméx.- The Municipal Government of Tlalnepantla de Baz and the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), through the Facultad de Estudios Superiores (FES) Acatlán, signed a collaboration agreement with the aim of jointly carrying out, promoting and disseminating academic, cultural, scientific, training and updating activities, as well as promoting cooperation projects and studies on aspects of urban and metropolitan problems and governance in local management.

Participating in the signing of the Letter of Commitment signed by the Director of the FES Acatlán, Nora del Consuelo Goris Mayans, the Municipal President Raciel Pérez Cruz was pleased with the productive relationship that will arise between his government and the maximum House of Studies of Mexico, with this agreement.

He indicated that this agreement arises within the framework of advancing the professionalisation of public servants, since unfortunately every three years municipal governments have to remake themselves, reinvent themselves; that is to say, they lose coherence because there is no safeguarding of the memory of institutional knowledge.

«It is time that we recognise this, that municipal governments can consider, at least in the medium term, the formation of administrative cadres, because it is difficult to rethink a municipal government every three years. Even more so; a government that is so directly subject to legitimate and urgent social demands», he asserted.
