ISSSTE teaches administrative staff a seminar on Care and Dignified Treatment / @martibatres @ISSSTE_mx >>>

#ISSSTE.- The Institute of Social Security and Services for State Workers (ISSSTE), headed by Director General Martí Batres Guadarrama, reports that the conference «Decent Care and Treatment in Health Services» was held on April 30th. The conference aims to strengthen dignified, humane, and quality care for its members.

In the «Lázaro Cárdenas» Auditorium of the ISSSTE complex, located in Buenavista, Rocío del Pilar Villarauz Martínez, Strategic Director of Information, Supervision, and Evaluation, emphasized that this talk, aimed at staff from the Institute’s departments, is part of the actions implemented based on the 25-Point Plan for the Transformation of ISSSTE, mandated by Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo and Director General Martí Batres.

In this regard, he noted, the first pillar is to place members at the center of all actions, in order to provide friendly and warm treatment. Therefore, he considered it essential to make this a habit practiced at all levels and in all areas of the Institute.

«Good treatment permeates every aspect, every service, our entire way of working, our intention. We have to make it part of the daily routine of this institution. It is one of the great challenges we want to achieve. (…) We hope we can truly strengthen the work of this institution,» he expressed.

For his part, the Deputy Director of Health Insurance of the Strategic Directorate of Information, Supervision, and Evaluation, Elí Evangelista Martínez, shared that another of the actions implemented is the formation of the ISSSTE Dignified Treatment Committee, coordinated by the Institute’s Oversight Commission and in which all departments participate in the implementation of actions such as this seminar.
