#EstadoDeGuerrero.- The Guerrero Ministry of Education has launched the reclassification process for management and supervisory positions, targeting assistant principals, principals, supervisors, sector heads, and teaching heads.

This is part of the policies promoted by Governor Evelyn Salgado Pineda to recognize the career paths and roles of educational personnel, contributing to their professional development and job security.

Circular No. 2025/003 initiates the recategorization process, which takes into account seniority and the position held before the 2014 Professional Teaching Service Law came into effect.

The first stage will be carried out based on the budgetary adequacy of the Retirement Incentive Program. Documents will be accepted from June 1 to 20, 2025, and must be submitted through the platform https://apps.segro.edu.mx/recategorizacion/login

Interested parties must submit electronic documentation proving their position and seniority, including an updated application, appointments, certificates, and current personal documents.

Once the files have been reviewed, a list of the cases will be published starting July 16, 2025. For more information, teachers can visit the official website of the Guerrero Ministry of Education.
