Pachuca participates in INEGI training for the National Census of Governments and Territorial Districts / @JorgeAlbertoR_ @PachucaGob

#Pachuca, #EstadoDeHidalgo. – As part of the preparations for the National Census of Governments and Territorial Districts, an important training organized by INEGI took place. Eduardo Trejo Lino, general secretary; Laura Silvia González Quintos, state coordinator of INEGI in Hidalgo, and Adriana González Sánchez, state responsible for the CNGDT, participated in the event. The presence of these authorities underlines the relevance of the event. This census represents a key tool to improve public management. In addition, it promotes coordination between the different levels of government.

The main objective of the census is to gather updated and accurate information on the functioning of municipal governments. With this data, we seek to gain in-depth knowledge of the institutional and operational structure of local authorities. This knowledge will allow us to identify areas of opportunity in public administration. It will also help diagnose common problems in the territorial demarcations. All this contributes to a more efficient government that is closer to the citizens.

The training also provided officials with the necessary tools to guarantee the quality of the information gathered.
