Martí Batres instructs to increase number of consultations and surgeries at the ISSSTE Family Medicine Clinic in Oaxaca  / @martibatres @ @ISSSTE_mx

#ISSSTE, #México. – The Director General of the Instituto de Seguridad y Servicios Sociales de los Trabajadores del Estado (ISSSTE), Martí Batres Guadarrama, visited the Clínica de Medicina Familiar con Especialidades y Quirófano (CMFEQ) in Oaxaca, where he instructed the medical and administrative staff to work to achieve three objectives: increase the number of consultations, increase surgeries and strengthen the treatment of the 248,725 beneficiaries assigned to the unit.

«On my second day of activities in Oaxaca, I visited the Clínica de Medicina Familiar con Especialidades y Quirófano del @ISSSTE_mx. We supervised the pharmacy; we talked with beneficiaries, nurses and administrative workers; and we met with the governing body. I entrusted three tasks to the directors: to increase the number of consultations, increase the number of surgeries and improve the treatment of the beneficiaries,» he said on his social networks.

Accompanied by the ISSSTE’s Director of Economic, Social and Cultural Benefits, Juan Gerardo López Hernández, Martí Batres emphasized that the ISSSTE is improving the working conditions of its personnel through the voluntary program to extend the working day by up to 8 hours, as well as the salary adjustment for administrative and social work personnel, in order to reduce waiting times.
