#SecretaríaDelBienestar,  #México. – In the morning conference: “Las mañaneras del pueblo”, headed by the President of Mexico, Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, the Secretary of Welfare, Ariadna Montiel Reyes, informed that 15.9 million beneficiaries will receive the payment of Pensions and Welfare Programs corresponding to the July-August bimester, which represents a social investment of 89 thousand 584.6 million pesos (mdp).

“We are reaching 15.9 million beneficiaries of the Welfare Programs who will receive their support, starting today, with the following schedule: We began on July 1 and will conclude on Thursday, July 24. Remember that it is by letter of the first surname in order to give them adequate attention, because there are more and more beneficiaries and beneficiaries of the Welfare Programs,” she said.

She detailed that in the two-month period July-August, the Pension for the Elderly will be distributed to 12.7 million beneficiaries with an investment of almost 79 billion pesos. Meanwhile, one million 2 thousand 58 women will receive the Pensión Mujeres Bienestar with a social investment of 2 thousand 575.9 million pesos.

“I would like to make a point here: we have registered 1,300,000 women, but 200,000 of them have already turned 65 and now enjoy the Pension for Older Adults,” she added.
