#GobiernoDeMéxico, #México.– President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, highlighted that 82 percent of Mexican families receive, directly and without intermediaries, the Welfare Programs of the Government of Mexico through an investment of close to 836 billion pesos (mdp).

“Almost 82 percent of the families in our country receive directly, without intermediaries, a Welfare Program, most of which are already rights established in the Constitution of the Republic, which is a hallmark of the Fourth Transformation and Mexican Humanism”, he pointed out in the morning conference: “Las mañaneras del pueblo” (The people’s mornings).

He informed that for next year an increase of at least 100 billion pesos is projected in the Welfare Programs, which would mean an investment of close to one trillion pesos, almost three points of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP).

“This year we are entering more families or we are supporting more families, because we are going to fulfill our commitment to women aged 60, 61 and 62, at the close of the year all Mexican women aged 60 to 64 will receive Pensión Mujeres Bienestar and next year we are going to elementary school children,” she added.
