#Tlalnepantla, #EstadoDeMéxico.– The commitment to advance in the construction of a safer and more prosperous municipality for citizens to live in a better environment is endorsed every day with actions implemented permanently by the Government of Tlalnepantla de Baz headed by Mayor Raciel Pérez Cruz.
In this regard, from June 1 to July 1, the General Police Department of Proximity and Citizen Security, under the command of Jorge Alberto Gómez Estrella, presented 133 people before the Public Prosecutor’s Office for probable criminal acts and 323 before the Civic Judge for administrative offenses.
Of this universe, 41 arrests were for high impact crimes; 4 for intentional homicide, 15 for drug dealing, 7 for business robbery, 6 for vehicle theft, 5 for sexual abuse, 2 for rape, 1 for extortion and 1 for intentional injuries.
The Tlalnepantla Police announced that according to the report of the Executive Secretariat of the National Public Security System (SESNSP), in May 2025, 549 high impact crimes were recorded, this is the month with the lowest rate since 2015.
The General Commissariat of Proximity and Citizen Security carried out 132 operations in 120 neighborhoods of the district, highlighting those carried out in Dr. Jorge Jiménez Cantú, San Juan Ixhuatepec, Lázaro Cárdenas 1st, 2nd, 3rd Section; El Olivo II lower part, San Bartolo Tenayuca, Tlalnepantla Centro, Jardines de Santa Mónica and Cola de Caballo.
