Municipality of Monterrey prepares for the 2026 FIFA World Cup Soccer Cup / @mtygob >>>

#Monterrey, #N.L.- As part of the preparations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, the municipality of Monterrey participated in the first inter-institutional coordination meeting convened by the Federal Government.

The attendees addressed key issues such as prevention and security, transportation and roads, social impact, infrastructure, services, logistics, and the Fan Fest planned for this capital city.

The meeting was attended by authorities from the three levels of government, as well as representatives of the World Cup organizing committee, with the aim of establishing a joint work route to guarantee a safe, orderly and hospitable experience during the sporting event.

Mayor Adrián de la Garza reiterated his commitment to rise to the challenge and work collaboratively to make Monterrey shine in the eyes of the world at the World Cup.
