Celaya Tourism Council forms new board of directors / @municipiocelaya >>>

#Celaya, #Gto.- During the first regular meeting, the new Board of Directors of the Celaya Tourism Council was formally established. This body seeks to consolidate strategic actions to promote the municipality’s tourism development by strengthening collaboration between the different sectors that make up the tourism value chain.

The new Board of Directors was composed as follows:

Roberto Carlos Ramírez Palomares, representing the commerce sector, served as president; Daira Xanath Barrera García, representing the tourism services sector, served as treasurer.

The Procurement Committee was composed of Roberto Carlos Ramírez Palomares; Carlos Ricardo Olvera Ávila, general director of the Celaya Tourism Council, served as technical secretary; and Ma. Socorro Salgado served as executive secretary.

The members were Ma. Eugenia Márquez Gamboa, representing the food and beverage sector; Isabel Herrejón Arredondo, city councilor; and Adrián Guerrero Caracheo, city councilor.

With this renewal, the Council reaffirmed its commitment to promoting competitive, sustainable, and inclusive tourism, aligned with the municipality’s development goals and the coordinated promotion of its productive sectors.
