ISSSTE General Hospital in Zacatecas renovates hemodialysis room with 15 new machines / @martibatres @ @ISSSTE_mx

#ISSSTE, #México.– The Zacatecas General Hospital (HG), part of the Institute of Social Security and Services for State Workers (ISSSTE), headed by General Director Martí Batres Guadarrama, has completely renovated its hemodialysis room with 15 new high-tech machines, benefiting patients with chronic kidney failure.

Among the devices, which began operating last May with an investment of more than 2.8 million pesos, are 10 hemodiafiltration units, three conventional hemodialysis units, two portable osmosis units, and nine reclining Reposet-type medical chairs.

It is worth noting that this is the first time the HG has used hemodiafiltration equipment, which allows for much more powerful toxin purification than conventional hemodialysis. Thanks to this, patients will enjoy more effective treatment and a better quality of life.
