“We are very grateful to Tecámac”: Martí Batres acknowledges donation of clinics during meeting with Claudia Sheinbaum / @Claudiashein @GobinoMX >>>

#ISSSTE, #Mexico.- The Director General of the Institute of Social Security Services for State Workers (ISSSTE), Martí Batres Guadarrama, thanked the municipality of Tecámac for the donation of two clinics during the «people’s morning press conference.»

In his address to President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, the official announced the agreement for the donation of two family medicine clinics, which also include an operating room, and the clinics that previously operated as the Institute’s Family Care Clinic (CAF).

«The municipality exchanged them for two clinics, and we are very grateful to the municipality of Tecámac for this donation,» stated the head of ISSSTE.

Last Saturday, Batres Guadarrama signed the agreement with the municipal president, Rosi Wong Romero, which was witnessed by Senator and former mayor of Tecámac, Mariela Gutiérrez Escalante.

At the event, held at the Lomas Tecámac Clinic, Wong Romero said that this event will allow for better care for the region’s beneficiaries and «represents a firm step toward strengthening health services, social commitment, and a vision for the future.»

Both this clinic and the Héroes Tecámac clinic were built and equipped with municipal resources.
