Delfina Álvarez’s government and UNAM open the call for entries to the 8th University Short Film Festival in the State of Mexico / @delfinagomeza @Edomex

#StateOfMexico, #Mexico.- The Government of the State of Mexico (#GEM) and the National Autonomous University of Mexico (#UNAM) launched the call for entries to the 8th University Short Film Festival «Views of the Cities of the State of Mexico,» aimed at students between the ages of 18 and 35 who reside in the state and are enrolled in public or private institutions throughout the country.

The top three places will receive prizes of 40,000, 30,000, and 20,000 pesos, respectively.

Those interested have until October 3, 2025, to submit their short film individually or as a team, with proposals on:

Community actions: inclusive and safe neighborhoods.
Mobility and transportation: inclusive urbanization.
The digital age: technology and sustainability.

Green agenda: reducing environmental impact.
The Secretariat of Urban Development and Infrastructure (Sedui) and FES Acatlán called on the university community to take advantage of this space for expression to contribute, through an audiovisual perspective, to the construction of sustainable, inclusive, and safe communities.
