Benito Juárez reaches 60% progress in the «Zero Potholes» Plan with intensive work in 14 neighborhoods @LuisMendozaBJ @BJAlcaldia
#ÁlcaldíaBenitoJuárez, #MexicoCity.- Following instructions from Mayor Luis Mendoza Acevedo, patching work has been intensified in various neighborhoods of Benito Juárez. Two months after the launch of the «Zero Potholes» Plan, 60 percent of the work has already been completed in the most affected areas. Fourteen neighborhoods have been repaired as part of this strategy to improve mobility and the urban environment.
Since July 16, ten crews have been out daily, both day and night, performing patching work. These actions seek to promptly address citizen reports, improve traffic flow, and contribute to a cleaner and safer urban image for the families of the borough.

The mayor emphasized that the plan is under constant review and that progress has been positive. He noted that while heavy rains have complicated some areas, the goal remains clear: to completely eliminate potholes in Benito Juárez. This effort is part of an ongoing commitment to the quality of life of its residents.
The local government has allocated a significant investment to maintain the asphalt surface in good condition. With this initiative, Luis Mendoza’s administration reaffirms its intention to consolidate Benito Juárez as a benchmark for efficient urban services and a municipality where people live with order and dignity.
