#ISSSTE, #Mexico.- The Director General of the Institute of Social Security and Services for State Workers (ISSSTE), Martí Batres Guadarrama, inaugurated the First Supplier Fair: CONECTA MiPyMEs (MSMEs). He highlighted that the actions to transform the agency strengthen Plan México, promoted by President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, by promoting the rescue of public utilities, boosting popular consumption, strengthening the domestic market, and supporting Mexican industry.

At the event, organized in collaboration with #SuperISSSTE and the Ministry of Economy (SE), Martí Batres noted that the agency he leads contributes to Plan México by incorporating Mexican products into its retail chain, as well as through actions related to the Housing Fund (#FOVISSSTE) and the construction of new hospitals, which contribute to the economy, employment, and the domestic market.

“New clinical and hospital projects are underway. Between August and December alone, we will be starting 20 new Family Medicine Units, Family Medicine Clinics, and hospitals across the country. (…) One of those projects, the Oaxaca Regional High-Specialty Hospital alone, (…) will generate temporary and permanent jobs, and will help mobilize the construction, metalworking, hospital, and other industries,” he added.
