#Naucalpan, #StateOfMexico. At the recent Peace and Gender Roundtable, chaired by Mayor Isaac Montoya Márquez, results were presented that reflect a significant increase in care for women and girls. The progress demonstrates the administration’s commitment to security and violence prevention. The reports reveal a more effective and accessible institutional response.
The Institute for Naucalpan Women and Substantive Equality (IMNIS) highlighted an exponential growth in the demand for first-contact services. Services increased tenfold between August 2024 (85 cases) and August 2025 (908 cases), signaling a paradigm shift. In a period of eight months, the Isaac Montoya Márquez administration nearly tripled the care provided, with 2,262 women assisted, representing 1,425 more cases than the previous year.

Comprehensive care for violence is strengthened with new vital spaces for the community. The First LIBRE Center for Women, located in the Padre Figueroa neighborhood, has already provided essential support to 895 women from various neighborhoods. Due to high demand, the administration is preparing to open the Second LIBRE Center, which will make Naucalpan the first municipality to have two of these facilities.
For its part, the Municipal Guard complements this work through the Crime Response Subdirectorate and the Victim Assistance Department. This area provided 16 psychological services and 7 legal counseling services to citizens who immediately requested them. Additionally, through a Safe Transportation Operation and a Social Proximity Tour, they directly benefited a total of 373 citizens, reinforcing their sense of security.
