#EstadoDeMéxico.- For the government headed by Mrs. Delfina Gómez Álvarez, guaranteeing transparency and legal certainty in the evaluation processes of high-impact urban projects in the State of Mexico is a priority, which is why the Ministry of Urban Development and Infrastructure (Sedui), through the State Impact Commission (Coime), has digital tools that streamline and facilitate the detonation of investment in the state.

Firstly, the electronic validator that allows verifying the authenticity of documents issued by the Coime, through a QR code that confirms that the electronic document was issued by this instance and that it has been digitally signed by an authorized official.

Regarding the Public Registry of State Impact Assessment, this is a mechanism that reinforces transparency by providing crucial information on investment projects that have been evaluated through the Single Feasibility Report or State Impact Assessment.

Finally, the State Impact Assessment Applicability Pronouncement allows entrepreneurs to know immediately if their project requires this assessment, all in an agile and one hundred percent digital way.

It is thanks to these digital tools that development and investment in the State of Mexico is boosted, based on Coime’s commitment to facilitate processes and provide legal certainty to investors, promoting an environment conducive to the materialization of projects that benefit the community and foster sustainable economic growth in the entity.
