ASA supplied more than 5.4 billion liters of aviation fuels in 2023 / @jorgenunol @SICTmx >>>

#SICT.- Aeropuertos y Servicios Auxiliares (ASA) closed 2023 with a total of five billion 402 million liters of aviation fuels supplied at its fuel stations and supply points in Mexico, which is equivalent to delivering 14.8 million liters daily.

The total number of liters of jet fuel supplied was 6.12% higher than the figure reported in 2022, when it reached 5.09 billion liters. To reach this amount of air fuel distributed during 2023, 872 thousand 619 aircraft services were performed, 3.13% more than those performed in the twelve months of 2022.

In 2023, of the 61 stations operated by ASA (11 of them belonging to GAFSACOMM), ten are the ones that concentrated the highest number of fuel deliveries nationwide: Mexico Station, with 1,697 million liters; Cancun, 1,153; Guadalajara, 418; Tijuana, 316; Monterrey, 263; San Jose del Cabo, 186; Puerto Vallarta, 156; AIFA, 152; and the Toluca and Queretaro stations, with an annual total of 81 million liters.

In 2023, Aeropuertos y Servicios Auxiliares reaffirms its commitment and experience in the sector by adding a total of 372 units for the supply of aviation fuels: 258 auto tanks, 97 dispensers, 12 mobile cars and 5 self-service vehicles.

Specifically, of the total number of units, ASA acquired 16 specialized fuel supply vehicles: nine 20,000-liter auto tanks with a supply flow of 300 GPM and seven dispensers with a supply flow capacity of 600 GPM. In 2023, ASA accounted for 294 storage tanks throughout the country: 205 turbosine tanks with a total capacity of 132.05 million liters and 89 gasplane tanks with a total capacity of 5.8 million liters.
