#EstadoDeMéxico.- Governor Delfina Gómez Álvarez called on the people of Mexico to participate in the Peace and Voluntary Disarmament Fair being held in the municipality of Tultitlán, whose objective is to reduce risks and guarantee the peace and security of families in the State of Mexico.

“We ask you to support us, any citizen who has a weapon at home or who knows a neighbor, to raise awareness that we must avoid having such devices, because they can indeed be a risk to our family, but can also be a weapon that can take a life of a citizen and therefore I am very grateful to Sedena that makes this disarmament program, where the intention is precisely to eradicate the use of weapons,” she said.

Accompanied by representatives of the three orders of government, Maestra Delfina Gómez Álvarez inaugurated the Peace and Voluntary Disarmament Fair that are part of the Special Strategy for the Construction of Peace in 50 priority municipalities in the country.
