Nuño Lara acknowledges update of the Technical Cooperation Program between Mexico and Brazil / @SICT_mx >>>
#SICT.- The Secretary of Infrastructure, Communications and Transportation (SICT), Jorge Nuño Lara, together with the Ambassador of Brazil in Mexico, Fernando Coimbra, and virtually the Ambassador of Mexico in Brazil, Laura Esquivel, celebrated the update of the Technical Cooperation Program between Mexico and Brazil, which will be governed under the principles of South-South Cooperation, initiatives of mutual benefit, reciprocity and horizontality.
Both the head of the SICT and the ambassadors inaugurated the Fifth Seminar on Public Policies for Digital Inclusion in Latin America and the First International Meeting of the Observatory for Integrated and Sustainable Development (ODIS), which highlights digital inclusion in vulnerable populations.
Nuño Lara explained that the activities of the Technical Cooperation Program between Mexico and Brazil will continue to be managed in a coordinated manner between the cooperation agencies.
They ratified a new bilateral program with six projects, including digital inclusion in vulnerable populations, through the «Aldeas Inteligentes, Bienestar Sostenible» (SICT) project, and space engineering for the Artemisa program.
