Legal Counsel of the State of Mexico signs administrative verification agreement with Chiautla / @Edomex >>>

#EstadoDeMéxico.- In order to strengthen the synergy between the different levels of government when inspecting that economic units comply with the guidelines established by law for their operation, Jesús George Zamora, Legal Advisor of the Government of the State of Mexico, signed a coordination agreement on administrative verification with Maricela Melo Rojas, Municipal President of Chiautla.

This signing is part of the philosophy of El Poder de Servir, undertaken by Governor Delfina Gómez Álvarez, which promotes legal certainty, compliance with regulations and the fight against the commission of possible acts of corruption.

In the Salón de Cabildos of the Municipal Palace of Chiautla, the Legal Counselor recalled the commercial vocation of this locality for which he highlighted the need to guarantee safe spaces for clients and generate legal certainty for investors.

“We achieved three main objectives, the first one, as I already pointed out, is the benefit to the population, the fact that we are taking care that the respective regularizations are complied with. It also has an aspect of giving legal certainty, of giving legal security to the economic units themselves so that they can develop their activities well, since they need to be sure that the rules with which they are operating, which the government verifies, are always correct and finally, with this type of strengthening of the administrative verification what we do is to fight corruption”, informed Jesús George Zamora.

As a result of this signing, public servants with the functions of verifiers will be trained in the matter, who will also be incorporated to the State Registry of Inspectors (REI), in this way, owners or managers of economic units in Chiautla, will be able to verify the identity of the personnel and the object of the visit.
