The Secretariat of Mobility supports the families of hospitalized Mexicans through its Volunteer Program / @delfinagomeza >>>

#EstadoDeMéxico.- The Government of the State of Mexico, headed by Mrs. Delfina Gómez Álvarez, loyal to its commitment to support those who need it most, through the Mobility Secretariat Volunteers and in collaboration with the Ministry of Health, delivered 200 portions of food to the families of patients who are hospitalized at the “Doctor Nicolás San Juan” General Hospital and the “Adolfo López Mateos” Medical Center, both in Toluca.

“It is an act of solidarity that we come to show to those who today have to remain outside these hospitals, who in addition to the grief that their family member is hospitalized, have to suffer the inclement weather and in many occasions hunger, because it is complicated to return to their places of origin”, commented Sandra Tania Arellano Morales, Coordinator of the Mobility Secretariat Volunteering.

She added that they are looking for mechanisms to continuously deliver food in order to alleviate the great need that the less fortunate Mexicans have at this time.

She commented that there are parents or siblings who accompany a patient from very remote communities and have to stay for several days outside the hospitals, hence the importance of providing them with support.
