#Atizapán, #Edoméx.- Residents of the San Miguel Xochimanga Colony thanked the Mayor, Pedro Rodríguez Villegas, for another project that his government will carry out: the rehabilitation with asphalt concrete of Coatlicue Street, from San Vicente Avenue to Chimalpopoca Street.
The Mayor who has been called “the President of infrastructure”, for keeping Atizapán de Zaragoza as a municipality under construction, assured the residents that his government will work until the last day of the Administration and will fulfill all its commitments.
“This is a government that will continue working until the last day of this year. Today we come with great pleasure and great spirit as if it were the first day of the Administration,” said Rodríguez Villegas.
“I promised you to carry out this work. I thank you for the trust you gave us to achieve that dream and lead the destiny of this beautiful municipality for the third time. This commits me to give more and better results to the population that has believed in Pedro Rodríguez. We will continue working hard this year to close with a committed government,” he added.
He also thanked the citizens for the trust they gave him in the last elections to preside over the City Council for three more years.
“There is much to do and I know that together we will achieve it. The important thing is not to arrive, but to transcend and together with all the Copacis (Citizen Participation Councils) that have been working with me, with the leaders of the region, we have been trying to transform our beloved Atizapán and that is why we have transcended by investing more than two billion pesos in public works, the largest investment in public works in the State,” he reiterated.
For his part, Javier Pedraza, president of the Citizen Participation Council (Copaci) of San Miguel Xochimanga, thanked Pedro Rodríguez Villegas for the work to be carried out, which was so necessary and important in that community.
