#GobiernoDeMéxico.- President Andrés Manuel López Obrador shared details of his agenda as head of the Executive in the last month of the Government of the Fourth Transformation. Among the scheduled activities are inaugurations and commemorations of historic dates.
In a morning press conference, he informed that this week he will hold meetings with teachers from Chiapas of the National Coordination of Education Workers (CNTE) and will evaluate infrastructure works.

The working tour of the first weekend of September will take place in the southeast of the country to open complementary works of the Mayan Train, among them the Jaguar Park, in Tulum, Quintana Roo, where he will be with President-elect Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo.

On board the Tren Maya, the president will arrive in the municipality of Felipe Carrillo Puerto, where he will reopen a museum that exhibits the history of the resistance of the Mayan peoples during the Caste War.

In Playa del Carmen, he will hand over deeds to homes to the residents of Colonia Colosio, in the municipality of Solidaridad.

In addition, he will lead the opening to the public of the Ichkabal archaeological site, located near the Laguna de los Siete Colores (Seven Colors Lagoon) in Bacalar, Quintana Roo.

For the first time, he said, he will cross the Cancun-Tulum section of the Mayan Train, which protects the flora and fauna of the region through 80 kilometers of elevated viaduct that preserves cenotes, subway rivers, caverns and caves.
