#Atizapán, #Edoméx.- The Government of Atizapán de Zaragoza, through the Municipal DIF System and the Directorate of Public Safety and Municipal Transit, will carry out activities in educational institutions to raise awareness among students about animal abuse and avoid this behavior.
This was informed during the Ninth Ordinary Session of the System for the Integral Protection of Children and Adolescents (SIPINNA) of Atizapán de Zaragoza, which evoked the presentation that the Governor of the State of Mexico, Delfina Gómez Álvarez, made last October 16 of the decalogue of actions for the attention of animal abuse as a crime prevention strategy.
According to Adela Vázquez Martínez, Municipal Attorney for the Protection of Children and Adolescents of DIF Atizapense, this Decalogue contemplates the awareness of people through a forum on animal abuse and the organization of dialogues aimed at children and adolescents in schools of all educational levels in collaboration with various state and municipal agencies.
“That is why, through the Technical Secretariat of the Municipal Council of Public Safety of our municipality, the two indicators that contemplate the participation of SIPINNA Atizapán de Zaragoza were made known: organizing talks in schools of all levels in collaboration with us and training teachers to identify relevant cases,” he commented.

Recently, the DIF of Atizapán de Zaragoza also launched the call for the Municipal Drawing Contest Atizapán Without Animal Abuse, along with a digital campaign to promote the culture of animal care through infographics published on official social networks.
Additionally, at the initiative of Javier Gonzalez Madrid, Deputy Director of Crime Prevention of the Directorate of Public Safety and Municipal Transit, suggests holding a massive event with the participation of civil associations, aimed at all members of the family.
This event is intended to be held in October and the invitation is open for those who wish to join.
The Ninth Ordinary Session of SIPINNA of Atizapán de Zaragoza was attended by Sergio Hernández Olvera, representing Mayor Pedro Rodríguez Villegas; Tania Montserrat Granados Cervantes, Executive Secretary of SIPINNA State of Mexico; Estephanie Lewis Mendoza, liaison with the Municipal SIPINNAS, and members of SIPINNA Atizapán de Zaragoza composed of members of the Cabildo and directors of the municipal government.
