Government of Chimalhuacán carries out a cleanup day in Fundidores Park / @GobChimal_ >>>

#Chimalhuacán, #Edoméx.- Public servants from the Secretary of City Hall and the General Directorate of Public Safety and Municipal Transit and from the departments of Urban Image, Parks and Gardens and Public Lighting, coordinated by the Directorate of Public Services, carried out a cleanup day at the Fundidores Park and the Fundidores Field, located on the outskirts of the 3 de Junio Market.

One hundred public servants and 20 neighbors actively participated in the day, who removed approximately 18 tons of combined waste, such as general garbage, rubble and weeds.

The work performed included tree and grass pruning, removal of weeds, repair and replacement of 20 LED lighting systems and painting of sidewalks.

The machinery used in this day included 4 dump trucks, a botcat and a backhoe, thus guaranteeing the efficiency and effectiveness of the work.
In this cleaning day, general maintenance was given to all the green areas of the Fundidores Park, Fundidores Delegation and the area around the 03 de Junio Market.

The neighbors, visibly satisfied, expressed their gratitude and pledged to take care of these places, which now look like new.
