#SRE.- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs that the Mexican Embassy in Lebanon maintains permanent contact with the Mexican-Lebanese community regarding their situation and needs. As of the update of the census carried out and records that have been counted, 36 people have expressed their desire to leave the country up to this moment; all possible options are being explored for their prompt evacuation.

This Wednesday, a group of six people, including a family with minors, left on a humanitarian flight from Ukraine to Rzeszów, Poland, where they were received by the Mexican Ambassador to Poland, Juan Sandoval Mendiolea, and consular staff.

The representation in that country supported with the ground transfer to Warsaw, three hours away, so that they could continue to their final destinations in Europe and one person to our country.

The Rafic Hariri International Airport in Beirut continues to operate and maintains a commercial route with flights out of the country.

All Mexican nationals are urged to continue communicating with the embassy in the country to receive updates and details on evacuation plans. Mexico will continue with the dialogue and rapprochement with other countries, with whom we are negotiating exit alternatives in view of the instability of the country and the region.
