#Atizapán, #Edoméx.- The Mayor of Atizapán de Zaragoza, Pedro Rodríguez Villegas, inaugurated a new public transportation fleet of 12 new units that will provide service to 7,500 people who daily use the route that runs from Condesa, Chiluca, Sayavedra, Rancho Blanco and La Estadía.

As part of its vehicle renovation, Monte Auto invested approximately 30 million pesos in the new units, which will provide greater safety to users with spacious and special units for transporting passengers.

The Municipal President, Pedro Rodríguez Villegas, accompanied by his wife, the Honorary President of the Municipal DIF, Patricia Arévalo Rubio, said that public transportation is of great importance for the mobility of people who commute to work, school or their offices every day.

“Congratulations to Monte Auto, to Grupo Tlalnepantla for this important investment they are making to improve the transportation conditions of thousands of families in Atizapan and other municipalities. Let this be a good date for the beginning of the renewal of the vehicle fleet we have in Atizapán de Zaragoza,” said Rodríguez Villegas.

The Mayor added that his government is institutional and will join efforts with Governor Delfina Gómez Álvarez, and the President of Mexico, Claudia Sheinbaum, to benefit the people of Mexico and Atizapán with good social programs and better public services.

Cristián Rodríguez, private of the Secretary of Mobility of the Government of the State of Mexico, recognized the work that has been carried out in Atizapán de Zaragoza by the Mayor in different areas and expressed that they have an ally in Atizapán.

“Mr. Secretary (Daniel Sibaja) recognizes that you are always an ally with the government and we know that; likewise, we recognize that these 12 new units will contribute so that the population, which will move in this area, will enjoy greater security. These are buses with ecologically friendly engines and brakes that provide greater safety to users,” said Cristián Rodríguez.
