On National Aviation Day, SICT head recognizes the importance of this sector for Mexico / @SICT_mx >>>

#SICT.- On National Aviation Day, the Secretary of Infrastructure, Communications and Transportation (SICT), Jesús Antonio Esteva Medina, recognized and congratulated those who are part of this important sector for Mexico, while visiting the facilities of the Mexican Airspace Navigation Services (SENEAM).

Accompanied by the Undersecretary of Communications and Transportation, Tania Carro Toledo, the head of the SICT also toured the Radar Control Center, the Control Tower, as well as the Airport Collaboration Center of the Mexico City International Airport (AICM).

During his visit, Esteva Medina showed his willingness to support SENEAM with technology, taking into account the response capacity of this organization in contingency situations, such as hurricanes or earthquakes.

He also opened the possibility of reinforcing aeronautical activity with recognized academic institutions, such as the Technological Institute of Mexico, for the training of professionals in the sector.
