Christmas Trees Lighting in Tecámac / @MejorTecamac >>>

#Tecámac, #Edoméx.- The municipal president, Rocio Miguel Hernandez, led the lighting of the Christmas trees in the municipal esplanade and in the Parque Lineal de Los Heroes Tecámac.

Accompanied by local authorities and citizens, the mayor stressed the importance of preserving traditions as part of the cultural and social legacy of the municipality.

In a festive atmosphere she announced the realization of 50 posadas in various communities of the municipality, along with the delivery of aguinaldos, as part of the Christmas celebrations that foster union and coexistence among neighbors.

“This event should mark us, because we cannot allow our traditions to fall by the wayside. As a municipal government, we continue to promote these customs that unite us as a society,” said Miguel Hernandez.

At the Parque Lineal de los Héroes Tecámac, the mayor was accompanied by Congressman Samuel Hernández, President-elect Rosi Wong, members of the council, as well as the head of DIF Isabel Muñoz.

In addition, the simultaneous lighting of the Christmas tree in the north zone, in San Lucas Xolox and Geo Sierra Hermosa took place, as well as the installation of festive decorations in different delegations.

The president invited the citizens to reflect on their achievements, to spend time with their families and to set new goals for the coming year.

In her speech, President-elect Rosi Wong said that December is the best month of the year “This is a month of peace, reconciliation and closeness with families, which are the foundation of our society”.

Finally it was announced that in the urban complex of Urbi Villa del Campo, there will be a giant Santa Claus, for the enjoyment of the residents.
