#NuevoLeón.- The Secretary of Equality and Inclusion attends to people who are under the inclement weather in coordination with the state Civil Protection.

Operation Carousel is part of the actions of the New Route to provide protection to people who are in vulnerable situations due to the drop in temperatures.

So far, the state agency has delivered more than 3 thousand supports to families living in vulnerable conditions and located in more than 20 critical points of the entity, or through the Public Service Stations.

This support will be distributed in rural and urban areas in 7 municipalities with the lowest temperatures in the state: Guadalupe, Monterrey, Garcia, Santa Catarina, Juarez, Galeana and Aramberri.

During this Wednesday, personnel from the state agency carried out an operation to deliver blankets to relatives of patients hospitalized at the Hospital de Traumatología y Ortopedia 21, Hospital 33, Hospital Materno Infantil and Hospital Universitario. In addition, public servants went to the Central de Autobuses to deliver these supplies to homeless people.

During the winter months, the state agency headed by Secretary Martha Herrera, carries out operations and in coordination with other agencies, delivers hot drinks and shelter to people in more vulnerable situations, such as people with mobility problems, in street situations, or in peripheral locations.
