#SRE.- The northern border registers the lowest levels of migratory crossings, with a 78 percent reduction, as a result of the humanitarian model of human mobility implemented by Mexico, which has been strengthened by the government of President Claudia Sheinbaum, assured today Foreign Minister Juan Ramón de la Fuente.
This means that the conditions prevailing in our northern border do not represent at this moment unmanageable volumes, on the contrary they are the lowest migratory flows, the official specified during his participation in the conference La mañanera del pueblo.
He assured that the human mobility model implemented by the Federal Government has managed to contain migratory flows in a very effective manner.
De la Fuente reiterated to the nationals in the United States that they are not and will not be alone, since they can count on the Foreign Ministry and the consular network that will be in permanent contact with them and attentive to assist them as soon as possible, depending on the circumstances that may arise.
He emphasized that, on instructions from the President of Mexico, the 53 consulates in that country, which make up the largest consular network of any country anywhere in the world and which covers the entire U.S. territory, have reinforced three priority areas to provide better attention to Mexican nationals.
Firstly, he referred to the legal advisory services that, between contracts that have been signed and alliances that have been established, allow us to have a legal team of 2,610 people distributed throughout the United States.
