#Tlalnepantla, #Edoméx.- The municipal esplanade of Tlalnepantla was the perfect setting for 51 couples to decide to take another step in their relationship and, with a convinced ‘Yes, I accept’, they sealed their union before the Civil Registry authority during an emotional Community Wedding.
Municipal President Raciel Pérez Cruz led this civil ceremony, which was part of the closing ceremony of the Caravanas Itinerantes por la Justicia Social organised by the Government of the State of Mexico in the district, through the Consejería Jurídica.
The Mayor thanked Governor Delfina Gómez Álvarez for this initiative to bring different procedures and services to the citizens for five days; ‘a successful day, especially for the great response of the population; with this type of actions we advance the welfare of the families of our city’.
Accompanied by César Alberto Flores Martínez, representative of the Legal Department of the Mexican government, he also acknowledged the spirit of service and vocation of the state public servants, as well as of the municipality, who from very early in the morning organised themselves during these five days to attend to the requirements of the inhabitants in the best possible way, with dignified, respectful and warm treatment.

He also congratulated the new married couples, who received their respective marriage certificates from the Civil Registry Officer in Tlalnepantla, Lorena López Alvarado, and asked them to enjoy this new stage in their lives as couples to the fullest.
«I wish them the best of days, may this future be a pleasant one, may we never give up and always seek to be happy in this life. We, as a Municipal Government, despite the adversities, difficulties and financial problems that we face, every day we have the duty to serve and we have proposed that our city be a livable place where we can all fight and fulfil our dreams,» said Raciel Pérez Cruz.
In this context, César Alberto Flores Martínez acknowledged the Mayor’s willingness to grant all the facilities for the installation of these caravans in which the writings and offices were left aside to be in the territory and closer to the people.
In turn, the General Director of the Municipal DIF System, Edmundo González Gallegos, affirmed that with this Community Wedding, the great work of the Caravanas Itinerantes por la Justicia Social closes with a ‘golden brooch’; ‘A very special day that will remain in the memory of those who decided to unite their lives not only in marriage, but in love, union and the will to build happy futures’.
