Basically, I would like to thank you for the support you have given us in this initiative, which I think is a very relevant initiative, because it will have an impact on the policies we are carrying out. I believe that the six axes that you propose are very timely.

I am pleased that the Ministry of Public Education is involved. Graciela in particular has taken a great personal interest in this issue, as well as the Secretary. And I am very pleased that she is here, because it means that what we are working on is going to translate into something.

Something is going to happen, and we are going to work together, together. You speak of relocation, which is a decisive opportunity for Mexico. This seems to me to be very brilliant, because indeed, an era of what I would call relocalization is coming, but with a different content than the one we saw or was given in the past years, until recently.

Now it has a dimension not only of competition, but also of geopolitics. And this new geopolitical dimension gives this relocation a much greater dimension. It is a great opportunity, but not everybody sees it.

So it is good that you put it in the first place. I think it is very brilliant. Strengthening human capital and talent development.

Well, in fact, talent is the clincher. It’s the resource that sometimes we don’t mention. How many times have we seen the talent enumerations or even the measurement, sorry, the resource enumerations of a country and they don’t mention talent, as the key factor? For example, how many students or researchers back from other countries? For example, how many innovations do you have in each institution? How open is your education system to new ideas? Because normally educational systems are still encrypted in memory and obedience.
