In Edomex, Tultepec leads a regional security meeting with the presence of state and federal forces

#Tultepec, #StateOfMexico.- Today, Mayor Sergio Luna Cortés led an important regional security meeting attended by municipal authorities from #Nextlalpan, #Tonanitla, #Jaltenco, and Tultepec, as well as representatives from the National Guard, the State of Mexico Security Secretariat, the State of Mexico Attorney General’s Office (Cuautitlán and #Ecatepec regions), the Gender Police, the Crime Prevention Police, the Person Search Cell, and municipal police officers from the four municipalities.

During this meeting, strategies were evaluated and the commitment to continue coordinated actions to strengthen security in the region was reaffirmed. Members of the State Police recognized the work of the mayor of Tultepec, highlighting his firm stance and constant efforts to prevent the entry of criminal and armed groups into the municipality, as well as his willingness to work as a team with the various security forces.

Later, at the Municipal Palace, the mayor of Tultepec, Professor Sergio Luna Cortés, held a working meeting with the municipal trustee and architect Francisco Reyes, representative of the National Institute of Physical Educational Infrastructure (INIFED), to analyze the needs of the Tultepec CBT in terms of furniture and equipment, with the goal of improving its facilities and expanding access to this institution for more young people.

Subsequently, with the participation of the Director of Public Works, the municipal trustee, the head of the Education Department, and INIFED staff, a tour of the school facilities was conducted. The purpose of this visit was to identify priority needs and establish actions to expand school enrollment and provide greater educational opportunities for Tultepec’s youth.

These actions are part of the follow-up to the recent visit by Mario Delgado Carrillo, Secretary of Public Education, and reaffirm the Municipal Government’s commitment to the education and development of the youth of #Tultepec.
