#AtizapánDeZaragoza, #StateOfMexico.- To ease the financial burden on Atizapán families during this back-to-school season, the Municipal Government of Atizapán de Zaragoza, led by Mayor Pedro Rodríguez Villegas, has successfully implemented Free Medical Certificate Programs in various neighborhoods within the district.
At the Mayor’s direction, the Department of Social Development, headed by Julio César Martínez, has brought these services to the communities, ensuring that support reaches those most in need.
«Our main objective is to be close to the people and offer real solutions. We know that returning to school entails significant expenses, and with these programs, we seek to directly support families’ pockets,» has been the constant message of President Pedro Rodríguez Villegas.
Among the neighborhoods this traveling program has successfully toured are México 86, El Jaral, Las Peñitas, UAM, Emiliano Zapata, Los Olivos, San Juan Ixtacala, Villa de las Palmas, and the town of Calacoaya.
During these sessions, more than 4,700 medical certificates, essential for school enrollment, were issued. Citizens also have access to a comprehensive set of services designed for the well-being of families.

The free services include general medical consultations, dental checkups, computerized eye exams, orthopedic consultations, blood pressure and glucose monitoring, vaccinations, and even haircuts.
Additionally, low-cost products and services, such as eyeglasses, orthopedic insoles, and ear cleanings, are provided to address more specific needs.
These actions reaffirm President Pedro Rodríguez Villegas’s vision of building a results-driven government whose work translates into direct benefits for citizens.
