#EstadoDeGuerrero, #México.- Governor Evelyn Salgado Pineda led a Comprehensive Services Fair in Atlixtac, deep within Guerrero’s low mountain region, announcing a historic investment exceeding 72 million pesos for the municipality. This significant capital is earmarked for vital infrastructure projects, including road paving, electrification, drinking water systems, and educational improvements. The strategic objective is to vigorously drive development and welfare for families across Guerrero, fulfilling the administration’s pledge to its indigenous peoples and local communities.
Addressing hundreds of local residents, the Governor stressed that these measures fulfil her government’s core promise to the region’s indigenous communities. Salgado Pineda declared, «We have works, commitment, and results. This is a government close to its people, with open doors and without party colours; we have the Guerrero jersey on». Her administration, she underlined, is focused on building dignified and safe roads, ensuring the timely provision of essential services, and actively reducing backlogs in public health and education.
The Secretary of Urban Development, Public Works, and Territorial Planning confirmed that over 21.7 million pesos will be allocated to nine key actions, including the construction of the public drinking water network. Furthermore, 18 educational infrastructure projects are planned with an investment exceeding 23 million pesos for the 2022–2025 period. Martín Vega González, Head of the State Road and Airport Infrastructure Commission (CICAEG), also announced a seven-million-peso investment for the second stage of the Atlixtac–Tlapa highway paving.
Governor Salgado Pineda affirmed her commitment to «close this administration with more artisan roads» for the most impoverished communities, confirming she will continue to push for this federal programme with the support of President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo. The Comprehensive Services Fair successfully delivered immediate aid, including medical attention, functional apparatus from DIF Guerrero, food parcels, and legal advice, thereby strengthening the administration’s policy as a «government of open doors» and deep respect for its indigenous peoples.
