In Edomex, Tlalnepantla Government Prioritises Legal Certainty to Protect Families’ Assets / @RacielPerezC_ @Gob_Tlalne >>

#Tlalnepantla#StateOfMexico.- In Tlalnepantla, the regularisation of land plots is being treated as a chief priority, offering owners legal certainty over their valued assets. This crucial effort is designed to bring significant peace of mind to families, particularly regarding the smooth and straightforward inheritance of their properties. To this end, the Municipal Government is actively spearheading strategic initiatives in close collaboration with relevant state authorities to accelerate and efficiently carry out these essential actions.

During the Fifth Ordinary Session of the Municipal Committee for the Prevention and Control of Urban Growth, the Presidente Municipal, Raciel Pérez Cruz, underscored the need for close and continuous coordination with state bodies. He specifically named the Instituto Mexiquense de la Vivienda Social (IMEVIS) and the Registro Agrario Nacional (RAN) as key partners, aiming to deliver tangible results that genuinely benefit every community. The Mayor further extended his gratitude, acknowledging the excellent disposition shown by federal and state agencies, which have displayed great empathy and support for local residents keen on formalising their hard-earned properties.

A significant step towards community benefit was announced by the Director General of IMEVIS, Alejandro Tenorio Esquivel, who attended on behalf of the Governor, Maestra Delfina Gómez Álvarez. He confirmed the signing of nine contracts for gratuitous donation in favour of the Tlalnepantla municipality, involving nine areas within the Cuauhtémoc neighbourhood. These key spaces include public facilities such as the Telesecundaria Silvestre Revueltas, the Jardín de Niños Jaime Torres Bodet, and the Primary School Ignacio Manuel Altamirano, alongside a Health Centre and a local dairy outlet.

Mr Tenorio Esquivel detailed the broader scope of the community assets secured through these donations, which also encompass an essential children’s play area, the DIF Tlalnepantla Sports Centre, a dedicated green area with a surveillance module, and the Church Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe. Furthermore, the agreements secure two parks for healthy family recreation and enjoyment, ensuring the protection of public spaces. The official stated his profound satisfaction, remarking that this kind of meeting “tiene un significado muy especial para nosotros por esa satisfacción de saber que, en Tlalnepantla, se está haciendo lo adecuado y lo correcto.”

In addition to the land donations, the IMEVIS Director confirmed the formal handover of 1,050 files concerning urban plots, necessary for the drafting of property titles to be issued by the RAN. Once these documents are successfully inscribed with the Public Registry of Property, they will be formally handed over to the rightful owners at a future public event. This massive effort underscores the commitment to giving thousands of inhabitants the certainty they require over their patrimony.
