#Tlalnepantla, #StateOfMexico.- The General Commissariat for Proximity and Citizen Security of Tlalnepantla launched the “Buen Fin” operation at 21:40 on 12th November, with the primary goal of safeguarding the security and integrity of shoppers and vendors across the municipality’s markets and commercial centres. This significant deployment involves unprecedented inter-agency coordination to protect consumers and traders during the high-volume sales season.
The Commissioner, Jorge Alberto Gómez Estrella, confirmed that the security device involves the active participation of personnel from the Municipal Police, State Police, National Guard, and the Secretariat of National Defence (SEDENA).
All participating forces are tasked with patrolling the municipality’s 265 communities, which have been strategically divided into sectors to ensure maximum coverage and the maintenance of a peaceful environment throughout the commercial period.

The Municipal Police contingent is substantial, contributing 12 sector chiefs, 60 officers, and 10 members of the Intervention and Proximity Group (GIP), utilising 18 patrol vehicles and five motorbikes; additionally, the Municipal Traffic Sub-directorate deployed 43 officers and 23 units.
The Commissariat has activated emergency contact numbers: 55 5366 4444 (C4 West) and 55 5714 5077 (C4 East), allowing citizens to request immediate attention or report any detected crime.
Finally, the Government of Tlalnepantla urges residents to conduct their shopping in a responsible and well-planned manner, consciously managing their resources to avoid negatively impacting family finances.
