In her 2025 activity report, she affirmed that what is executed with diligence and integrity deserves to continue, ensuring the community experiences a more humane and resilient municipality. Highlighting achievements that have touched thousands of lives, she emphasised the importance of continuity, compassion, and unwavering commitment to public service, positioning Atizapán as a beacon of progressive local governance.

Surrounded by her family, the Municipal Council, senior citizens, mothers, and hundreds of beneficiaries, Paty Arévalo recounted transformative actions such as community kitchens that have served over 960,000 hot meals. She underscored the substantial and enduring impact of early childhood care for 350 children daily in nurseries, alongside services reaching more than 8,000 residents across 13 Community Development Centres. The elderly population, she noted, benefited from enhanced quality of life in five day centres and 13 senior clubs, complemented by the establishment of the Municipal Adult Elderly Ombudsman.

Speaking with heartfelt conviction, Paty Arévalo reflected, “Today is not an ordinary day; today is a day that remains etched in my heart and in the history of our municipality, because once again we have gathered to look each other in the eyes and say: we delivered. We delivered because we never ceased listening, accompanying, and serving.” Her words highlighted the profound and enduring ethos of public service that has defined her leadership.

In 2025, the institution strengthened medical services, delivering over 100,000 medical and dental consultations, while 200 itinerant health campaigns extended care to remote communities. Initiatives such as four re-inaugurated lactaries and five strategically placed baby-changing stations illustrate a meticulous and comprehensive effort to enhance family well-being. Complementary campaigns included hair donations for oncological wigs and more than 30,000 therapeutic sessions, alongside six thousand equine therapy sessions for people with disabilities.

The impact of these initiatives has garnered Paty Arévalo recognition at state, national, and international levels, celebrating her dedicated and innovative leadership. Jorge Juan Villa Martínez, Director of the State Rehabilitation Centres, affirmed, “Today in Atizapán de Zaragoza we witness a DIF Municipal with direction, working in the field and delivering results.
